Illustrious Wallace is responsible for implementation of the wildly successful “Saving the African American Male: From Cradle to College” mentoring program which has grown to eight Orients. He instituted organizational changes which streamlined the chain of command. He is viewed as one of the great masonic leaders. In previous service he was the Most Worshipful Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of New York for 12 consecutive years—a virtually unprecedented term for a Most Worshipful Grand Master in the Northern states. The Class of 2016 was named in his honor.
